Back in February 2026, we had the chance to connect with one of our dearest friends, Alk.ett. What started as a simple story between a customer and a brand has bloomed into a deeper relationship as weʼve grown closer together.

Aldrino is known by many as a "fit guru" who isn’t afraid to express himself differently. Standing out with his quirky style, it’s exactly this distinct perspective that sets him apart and ultimately drew us to one another.

When he reached out to let us know he was going to be around in Surabaya, we knew we had to sit down and catch up. We shared insights, talked shop, and got a glimpse of what the future holds for him.

Here’s a snippet of our conversation with him—we hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

For anyone discovering you for the first time, could you introduce yourself?

My name's Aldrino, though most people know me as Alk.ett—or just Kett.

You've been spending a lot of time bouldering lately. How did that start?

I was looking for a sport I could really immerse myself in, and bouldering ended up being exactly that. Once I started, I fell in love with it. It's challenging, there's always something new to learn, and it's become a big part of my routine.

Outside of clothing, what do you spend most of your time on?

Fashion is still the biggest one, but games and anime have always been a huge part of my life. Most of my college years revolved around those three things.

What kind of games do you usually play?

Mostly competitive online games. I've spent a lot of time playing Dota 2, Valorant, and Apex Legends. I enjoy playing with friends much more than playing alone—that's where the fun is.

Which game has taken up the most hours?

Overall, definitely Dota 2. But these days I've been spending more time on Valorant, trying to rank up—although I'm still pretty average at both.

If you could only keep one game for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Probably Valorant. I enjoy it more because every match feels different. Dota is rewarding too, but the games are long and, after a while, they can feel repetitive.

A lot of the games you enjoy revolve around strategy and problem-solving. Is that something you're naturally drawn to?

Definitely. Even when I'm trying to relax, my brain is still working. I like brainstorming ideas and figuring things out. That's probably why I enjoy making content too—I'm always looking for something new to experiment with.

Then why not chess?

(Laughs.) Honestly? It's just boring to me.

Your Margiela Tabis have practically become part of your signature look. What makes that pair so special?

They've been my grail since college, around 2017 or 2018. I waited almost nine years before finally buying them. Once I started working and could actually afford them, I thought, why not? Now they're probably the pair I wear the most.

What are three things you rarely leave home without?

A cap, always. I honestly don't like going out without one anymore. Baggy shorts—what I call jorts, even if they're not denim. I like them long, around three-quarter length. And my camera. That's probably the last essential.

You've been wearing OAT for quite some time now. Is there a piece you've found yourself reaching for the most?

Definitely the Sports Jacket in Black Denim. I've been wearing OAT consistently over the past year, but that's the piece I keep coming back to. I even packed it for a semi-formal event because it works in so many different settings.

How would you describe OAT to someone discovering the brand for the first time?

I genuinely think OAT has the potential to become one of Indonesia's leading brands. The vision has always felt clear—from the visuals to the direction. Branding is one of the brand's biggest strengths, and that's something I've admired from the beginning.

Before we wrap up, what's next for you?

(Laughs.) Shameless plug. I'm launching my own brand called BLOMÉTT. The whole idea is that clothes don't have to be taken so seriously. People tend to think certain pieces belong to certain occasions—a blazer for something semi-formal, a T-shirt for something casual—but I don't really see it that way. Wear what feels right. If you want to wear something differently, just do it.

Can you give us a small preview?

The first release will have two pieces: a shirt and a pair of jorts. They're designed to work in Indonesia's climate all year round. You can wear them casually, dress them up, or even go climbing in them. That's the whole idea.
